I have been pretty busy. I was making some bags to enter the Purse Palooza contest. I entered four purses, two bags and two clutches, one which was my own design. I entered one purse pattern from Amy Butler Design and two clutch patterns based from Sew Sweetness designs. This is my second time that I entered a contest and I was very enthusiastic. It felt nice to do it. I love making bags at this moment of my life, I say that because  I have a little problem I get bored very fast..  well for now I am enjoying making my bags. These are some of my bags. I have some more I will post the pics soon, and some that I have in mind to make.

 He estado bien ocupada, estube haciendo bolsas para entrar a un corcurso, hize 4 carteras, bolsas bosas de mano etc, (como le llamamos). Me encanta hacer carteras en esta etapa de mi vida digo esto porque tengo un pequeño problema y es que me aburro rapido casi siempre que emprendo algo nuevo me entusiasmo pero me aburro muy rapido y zaz toda la energia que pongo al empezar se esfuma. Estas son algunas de mis bolsas espero poder traer mas fotos de otras que he hecho y de algunas que tengo en mente. Me senti muy bien participando en ese concurso vi muchisimas bolsas muy bonitas.

Buscando ideas para el cumpleaños de mi nieta bella, que es en 5 meses, me encontre con fotos de el primer cumpleaños el año pasado, el tema fue "Alicia en el pais de las maravillas".

Hola, regrese aunque parezca mentira no me acostumbro a la idea de escribir aca pero fue una de las resoluciones que hize en este 2012 y voy a seguir aunque no sea tan seguido, la otra fue perder peso y hasta esta semana tambien empeze asi que no soy de las que cumple las resoluciones del año nuevo!!!!, esta vez voy a poner fotos de lo que he estado haciendo desde el primero de Mayo hasta esta semana no ha sido mucho ya que hay dias que no me siento con ganas de hacer nada pero necesito hacerlo.... espero que les guste estoy empezando a hacer bolsas, carteras y por supuesto siempre algo para mi sol!!!!

Hi, I am back I can't get the idea in my head to write on the blog but that was one of my resolutions  for 2012 and I going to do that; the other was loose weight and I just started this week.

This time I am going to put pictures of what i am doing from May 1 to this week, hope you like it, i am starting to make bags and of course something for my sunshine!!!
I had this material for a long time and I think it came out very nice, I love it...

This was a gift for my sister for mother's day and for her anniversary, hope she likes it, I do.

 

My daughter needed a new eyeglasses case cause Nalani took hers and guess what we could not find it so I made this, how do you like it???

I have this fabric and I did not know what to do with it, a few months ago I bought this pattern Simplicity 2222, so I decided to use the fabric with that pattern and I think I like  how it come out, what do you think????

I bought a frame for a bag and, I had this material for a long time, so finally I made a bag I love the way it looks just don't like the way it opens, the frame is a little narrow and the bag do not open big, but I just learning to use frames and I think I will make a better choice next time, still not finish it but I will this week. ohhh well now I know!!!
